Our guarantee is valid for as long as you own the vehicle.
OEM manufactured parts:
Santa Rosa Auto Body follows the manufacturer's warranty on all parts, if a part should fail at any time during the manufacturer's warranty guidelines we will have the manufacturer replace it at no charge to you. If an OEM part comes in damaged we notify you the customer, take pictures of the damage, notify the supplier, and notify the insurance company. We will then return the damaged part.
CAPA certified parts:
Although CAPA does not warranty their certification the seller does (the parts house). We will work with them to insure the part that has failed is replaced in a timely fashion at no cost to you.
Used or reconditioned parts:
In the event we have to use, used or reconditioned parts, we only buy from reputable companies, companies that will stand behind their product. If the part fails within their warranty guidelines we will make sure that the part is replaced at no charge to you.
Santa Rosa Auto Body will not warranty other body shop work or repairs.
Santa Rosa Auto Body will not be held responsible for claims resulting from abuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear. Refinished panels are subject to paint manufacturer's guidelines. Santa Rosa Auto Body reserves the right to inspect and perform all necessary adjustments.
