What to Expect
During the Collision Repair Process
The estimate process is straightforward and only takes about 10 minutes. Here’s what you can expect when you bring your vehicle to Santa Rosa Auto Body:

We take photos of the damages.

We discuss the damages and service plan to restore your car.

We email a completed estimate to you, typically the same day.
You can expect to remain at the shop with your car when you bring it in for the estimate. In cases where the vehicle is unsafe or unable to drive, you may prefer to drop the vehicle off.
What to Bring
Please bring a claim number and insurance information if you have it, as well as an approved estimate from the insurance company if it is available.
Our Lifetime
Guarantee
At Santa Rosa Auto Body, we’re proud of our work and our high standards, which allows us to offer our customers a lifetime warranty on our repairs. Our guarantee is valid for as long as you own the vehicle.
OEM Manufactured Parts
Santa Rosa Auto Body follows the manufacturer’s warranty on all parts. If a part should fail at any time during the manufacturer’s warranty guidelines, we will request that the manufacturer replace it at no charge to you. If an OEM part arrives damaged, we will take pictures of the damage and notify you, the supplier, and the insurance company. We will then return the damaged part.
CAPA Certified Parts
Certified Automotive Parts Association (CAPA) does not warranty their certification, but the seller does (the part’s house). If a part fails, we will work with the seller to ensure the part is replaced in a timely fashion at no cost to you.
Used or Reconditioned Parts
If used or reconditioned parts are necessary, we only buy from reputable companies that will stand behind their product. If the part fails within their warranty guidelines, we will make sure that the part is replaced at no charge to you. Santa Rosa Auto Body will not warranty other body shop work or repairs.
Santa Rosa Auto Body will not be held responsible for claims resulting from abuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear. Refinished panels are subject to paint manufacturer’s guidelines. Santa Rosa Auto Body reserves the right to inspect and perform all necessary adjustments.
